We recommend to each of our clients that they have full maintenance check of their equipment once a year. Our Maintenance team will visit your premises and carry out a full store / onsite survey and asset management check. This ensures that all your equipment is in full working order with no broken or missing parts. We will also check the location of each hearing loop, ensuring it is still in the location where it was originally installed.
Once the on-site survey is complete, we will provide your with a full maintenance list which will outline any requirements to keep your equipment in proper working order.
